Therma is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of precious and base metal mineral properties across North America. Target selection concentrates on under-explored and/or undervalued projects offering the potential for exceptional returns for a modest initial investment.

The Company was established in 2009 to pursue sales in the Medical Thermal Imaging sector. Despite early progress, Therma has met unexpected difficulties, however, the Company remains committed to the pursuit of creating and maintaining shareholder value. In April of 2011, the company re-evaluated its direction and deemed it  necessary to pursue other sectors for the benefit of its shareholders.

Over the course of the last five years we have seen a strong appreciation and attraction to base and precious metals and as such management determined that the Company should expand into exploration activities .
